In order to achieve success for the future, the Group initiated a Campus Recruitment Plan in 2005. We have recruited about 200 management trainees from universities nationwide this far. We customize individual career plans for our management trainees. We have a series of educational programs on company culture, industry technology, business management and overseas training to incubate future management talents. To date, many of our management trainees are well on their way achieving their career and life goals with our company.
